  On Friday, January 21st we experienced a clog in a stool which could not be cured by conventional methods. By Saturday morning the problem spread to rest of the drains. We called Rotor-Rooter on the advise of a local plumber who quickly diagnosed the problem to the main sewer line and probably beyond his ability to resolve. The technician arrived that same day and we braced for a large bill because of the weekend response. We were very impressed with the services offered and accomplished in a short time. The technician was professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the the outcome of what was a stressful expectation on our part. The cost was fair, well earned and instilled confidence. Thank you Roto-Rooter!!!

  Sick. Just horribly expensive.For $150.00 the guy stuck a plastic yellow thing you can buy at Loews or Home Depot for < than 10 bucks down my bath tub. . It took him about 15 minutes or less. DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES. I had a broken leg and a wrenched back and was at their mercy otherwise I would have told them where to stick it. Terrible company and a rip off of the highest magnitude.

This means that we come to your home, diagnose your problem, and write up an estimate for repair--all at absolutely zero cost to you. We do not charge a service call fee. In order to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our quoted cost, we always obtain a signature prior to beginning service on the exact price we will charge for the work. This way, there are absolutely no hidden fees or surprises after the service has been completed. I would love to have our manager call and discuss this complaint with you, directly.   Chris and Justin were excellent at what they did for us. We were just so happy to get the problem fixed. Chris did most of the work rhe first day and a half andche was fabulous then Justin came the second day to help Chris out. They were caring and patient and did what it took to get our sewer line unplugged and getting our service back in working order. These guys are very professional and experienced at what they do. Excellent job well done. Thank you Chris and Justin and Roto Rooter!!! You won't be sorry if you use them for your plumbing issues.
