  Joe was wonderful. Very polite and professional, and explained everything to me as he went. Maureen answered the phone and was so understanding, and sent Joe out literally within minutes. I don’t leave too many reviews but Joe and this company seriously deserve more kind words than I can say. The price for the service was very fair, and I was also told the work is guaranteed for 30 days. I definitely recommend!

  Ben came to our home on the weekend. We had been without our washing machine, utility sink, kitchen sink and dishwasher. We had a plug that another plumber was unable to clear, so he recommended Ben and Mike. We couldn’t have been happier with their service. They were able to accommodate us in a timely manner, and got the job done! Ben was professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. Their pricing is fair and they seem honest, hardworking and dependable. We will be using this service exclusively from now on. Thank you Roto Rooter for excellent service!
