  Thank God for Chad and Tim! My clothes washer caused my sink to backup. I'm talking about over the sink and flooding the kitchen floor. It was terrible! I called Roto-Rooter and was able to get an appointment the next day, which is what I requested. The plumbers called me when they were on their way and tolerated my fiesty dog while they were here. Tim provided me w/a quote and told me exactly what he thought the issue was: leaves in the vent on the roof. They went on the roof and down the vent w/the proper equipment and cleared out the clog. Chad came back in the house and tested the sink to be sure the drain was clear. He even set the washer on drain and spin to be sure the sink did not back up again. Presto! Before they left they let me know about the after hours service that the company offers, 24 hours a day. Tim gave me helpful hints on how to maintenance the sink every month to prevent future issues. Thanks Tim and Chad for making a scary situation a lot less stressful. They were both very professional and provided exceptional customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend our local Roto-Rooter to any of my friends!

  Danville VA, Roto-Rooter Plumbers are probably trained in Heaven... I have had a few issues with my newly purchased home and the same plumber *Brandon* has come here for three separate issues and diagnosed them quickly and fixed the issues. I have complete confidence in this particular location and I encourage anybody to call them for assistance. Five stars for sure!

  Tim and Chad came out to help with a clogged drain, I really need my entire plumbing system replaced. They were absolutely amazing, could not have personally requested two more friendly or personable people not to mention they were able to make it earlier than anticipated which helped me out a bunch. The entire process is stressful as this can get incredibly expensive but they explained everything to me and allowed me to watch the entire process and even talked through fixing the rest of my issues with my plumbing (which is ALOT) and gave me a solid quote, explained all of the pricing and the steps to doing it and even broke down what all needed to be resolved as this house has been vacant for 5+ years. Could not recommend anyone more! Would 1000% call again! It was also Chad's birthday! Happy birthday Chad! These guys were amazing!
