  It's 18 degrees outside and two of my toilets start overflowing for the second time this month. I decided to call a professional. Don came out almost immediately after speaking with him. I was so lucky to get Don today. He was kind and patient with me because I didn't know a lot of the answers to questions he was asking. He was very courteous and wore a mask. He took the time to figure out of plumbing system to locate the clog. He is a hard worker and has great people skills! He also taught me about septic systems. If I have to use roto rooter again I really hope Don is working that day!

  Called them a month ago about flooding in my laundry room and garage. Someone came out ran a 60 foot snake down the drain said it was good to go. A month later the flooding continued only now it was coming into my living room and still in the garage. I have tired for 2 days to get someone to come out. The lady in the office says she will page someone but never got a call or anyone show up. Called after 5 got a call back from the on call guy who states since it’s after 5 I will be charged not only for what they have to fix it which I’m totally fine with but now an after hours fee? The guy said he would get someone out tomorrow between 8 and 2 and if no one calls or shows up they will send someone between 3 and 5. No one showed so I called back the lady back at 4 said she would page someone. Now we’re sitting at 8pm and still no call or anyone show up!! Don’t waste your time with this place. Poor customer service and absolutely no communication with a customer. If I could give them less then 1 star I would!

  Adam was very polite, kind, efficient professional and knowledgeable. The work was more than he expected but was done in a very timely manner. And also provided tips to prevent this issue in the future! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
