  Excellent customer service! Just had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with any business or service I've used. The gentleman, Junior, I believe was his name, super courteous & polite, most importantly he was thorough, in his job & in communication. He took his time explaining & made sure we understood the problem we were having & what needed to be done to fix it. A real asset to the company & it's name. I don't often recommend a business to anyone, but I will for sure be recommending Junior at Roto-Rooter! Thanks so much!

  Don't use these people. Their employee came out to clear a sewer line, unfortunately he pumped sewage into several apartment units. In addition he flooded the common area with sewage. And last but not least he packed his gear and took off after he made the mess w/o finishing nor cleaning up his mess. The roto rooter owner actually called and blamed tenants for his worker bailing. Totally unprofessional.
