  Called them when I was in a bind. Saturday afternoon, initially said they would come from 5-7pm, then the tech named Mason called me within 20 minutes and said he was about 15 min away! I was so relieved, especially since we only have one bathroom. Mason was professional, nice and cleared the line to my septic tank within about 30 minutes. Would recommend roto rooter and the tech mason to anyone! Awesome job! Thank you so much

  The service man(Wade) took his time and didn't stop until he identified the problem. During his assessment, he explained in details issues relevant to the presenting problem. It gave me a sense of peace knowing what occurred and why it occurred. He also discussed preventative measures. Great professionalism, prompt and SAME day service.

  Dealt with a couple different representatives from here now and they're highly professional and service is well priced. Will definitely continue using Roto Rooter for my repairs. Only recently found out they do general repairs and not just sewer work and pleased I did.
