  Had our water heater go out and after calling around Roto answered their phone promptly and I was able to talk to a real person no hold times. Spoke to Rodney the general manger and he was very empathetic and got me someone that same day Todd came by and was able to troubleshoot the problem fairly quickly and fix my water heater. What I liked most about this experience was the reliability and honesty from the customer service to the repairman. Also their prices were more than fair compared to others here in town. Will be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs . They have all 5 stars for a reason they are truly the best!

  The drain to our septic was plugged and I could not clear it with my snake. Turns out the drain line was broken and starting to collapse under the dirt. Roto-Rooter was the least expensive of all the plumbers I called. They were as the most polite and respectful and easy to work with. They went out of their way to schedule a tech a soon as possible. The tech was very friendly, worked quickly and efficiently, and gave excellent advice on how to get a long term fix for the broken pipe.

  Todd was amazing! He was very helpful. He worked quick and efficiently and explain everything he did he even went above and beyond doing a write up for me for my landlord about all the work that has been done I will definitely use this company again.
