  Whenever I had my upflush toilet problems, the man who installed it would not respond to my phone calls I have been waiting more than over a month now for him to respond to me or come and look at the problem. They also had sent someone else but he did not seem very knowledgeable(They have been saying the original guy has been busy for the past month and a half). The only people that are responding is the office I do not recommend this service. They also would not give me an written estimate before the service and I had asked multiple times. I also asked for an written estimate for a shower to be installed, never got a response. The other male that had been sent out installed a kitchen sink and counter and did not center the sink and counter. In result there are other problems, I will never ask them again for their services.

  We had a sewage back up. We called after hours and within 1 hour they were here. I was very pleased with their service.

  We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. Rob was our technician and he was courteous and quick. We had a slow-flushing, clogged toilet and thought it might be something stuck in the drain but he checked the clean out then offered to crack open the old toilet and found that there was something stuck in it, saving us about $250 to snake the drain. And he did a great job putting in the new toilet. I don't know about the other technicians but if you use Roto ask for Rob because he was cool.
