  Called 2 days ago and was told he would be here at 9:45 this morning. He was a no show. When I called the office I was told he had and emergency, left town and wouldn't be back for a week. I would not be so angry if I had gotten a call to tell me this. I took a day off work, and now I am out those 2 days and on a waiting list for other plumbers because everyone's already booked.

  Sorry for the inconvenience Robin. The day I spoke to you I was not feeling good and ended up in the ICU at the hospital for two weeks. Again sorry for the Inconvenience

  Brian with Roto Rooter here in Gillette was great! Came right over within a couple of hours within calling. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg, very reasonable. Took care of my problem the first time. I would highly recommend giving Brian a call for all your pluming needs!
