  Our septic tank was pumped and had to located as well as dug up. This did take some time (thanks to Cleveland Utilities and Charter). Once the guys were here, everything went very smoothly. I truly appreciate the good work.

  The technician was very friendly and nice. However our toilet will have to be replaced it is so scratched from the snake tool. I think Roto-Rooter should replace it at no cost. It had no scratches before. Very disappointed.

  I had a pipe burst under the house. Called several plumbers but none could come out for weeks and some didn't return call. Not even after pipe was repaired. I called Roto Rooter in Cleveland. The technician was here in less than 5 minutes. He happened to be in the area!! He fixed the pipe, gave us good news that there was no water damage as the leak was in a pipe under our vapor barrier, and considering it was after 5:00 pm when I called, the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again!!
