  Called at 7am. No one showed up and it’s 330pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Canceled my service. Had to cancel my family’s Christmas. No one could give me a time when I would be helped. One person said there was only two people ahead of me and I would be helped mid to late morning. That never happened. Continued to wait and called again and found out they do there calls in the way that they “can get the day done faster.” If I was told that I would’ve just waited to call till after my Christmas. I’m very displeased with this experience.

  Very happy with Roto-Rooter. They were able to come the same day that they were called. Jimmy was awesome. He let us know exactly what was going on. Showed us the camera inspection and what he found and was able to fix our issues in a timely manner. He addressed all my concerns and even told us we could call and ask for him personally. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing issues.

  Hired them to snake a drain and they said they couldn’t do it because I didn’t have a clean out access. Called a plumber in to quote me and he suggested to call another company in because I didn’t need a clean out access. Low and behold their competitor got it done. Waste of money for a service call.
