  We have used Roto Rooter in the past, always with good results. But the other day when we had a problem, they sent out Rose. Rose was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. She was a bright spot in a bad situation. Just wanted drop a positive on Roto Rooter and say great job Rose. Everyone needs a Rose on their staff. Highly recommend

  Referred to them at 6:00”ish last night. Tech said he would call me as soon as he finished the job he was on. Called back at 8:00’ish and the phone was turned off. So much for 24 hour service. We wound up scrambling for a snake to do it ourselves. We have 3 kids and can’t go without plumbing. They are not 24 hour services like the ad states.
