  Our service technician was fantastic! Efficient, informative, kind and considerate. He fixed our pipe problem quickly and explained everything to us in advance. He let us know when he was 20 minutes from our location, and arrived on time wearing a mask and putting covers on his shoes so as not to track anything into out home. Top Rate. We will definitely call again whenever we need anything. Thank you so much!

  Owen and the trainee did a superior job! Front start to finish! Determined the issue with the floor drain in the utility room. Presented me with an estimate, I agree to estimate, and work was completed. Both employees were informed of the warranty on work performed. The floor drain is allowing water flow from the washer to drain properly in floor drain and no backup or overflow onto utility room floor drain. Their efforts provided me with peace of mind. .   Out toilet was gurgling when the washer drained. Roto Rooter was the 3rd company we had out to check it out. Joey did a great job diagnosing the issue with their camera. He spent a good deal of time cleaning out the sewer line from the toilet drain, only to find we had a clean out that was slightly buried in our front yard. He wasted no time in digging up the frozen ground, even breaking his shovel tip, to get in there and finish the job. Everything is draining fine now. Although the scent lingers he did a good job of cleaning up. I felt it was very reasonably priced, as he spent about 3 hours on site. Will be recommending and using them in the future. Thank you! *edit- You forgot your extension cord, it is on the front porch.
