  Called back promptly, showed up when he said he would, fixed the problem, didn't charge an astronomical price for what he did. Very knowledgeable about his field, and very helpful to us as homeowners. We are definitely keeping this one in our contacts list!

  Our well pump died on a Monday night around 8pm. By Tuesday at 2pm, Ross Plumbing had us back up and running. They are a great company and they communicate well with the customer. I really like it when a company does what the say they will do when they say they will do it. When I have more plumbing issues, I'll be calling Ross Plumbing.

  Wonderful guy! When our water heater went out, friends of ours recommended Mike. We called and he came out the very same day to replace our heater. Mike was super knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention reasonably priced. We'll be sure to call him for all our plumbing needs in the future!
