Attempted to call them multiple times but they would never return or answer my call. So I went with someone else.

At the house I rent there is a known problem, if you pour grease down the drain it will clog up and will have to be snaked. I got a roommate who's aware of the problem but accidentally poured grease down it, so it clogged up. I let my landlord know and offered to deal with it and pay for it since it isn't my landlords fault and he shouldn't be the one burdened by it. He's on board and I call you guys the next afternoon. You call back I tell you what needs done and get quoted $75 dollars and said you'd be here Saturday before noon. I work nights and was sleeping so I let my roommate deal with the plumber because I didn't think it would be an issue. Plumber tells him that since he isn't the house owner, and neither am I, that he can not accept payment. Plumber wakes me up a few hours later with a call to lecture me on getting permission from my landlord before getting repairs. I let him know that I did and I can send him the messages if he'd like, he says no and asks for my Landlords phone number. I give it to him and he says "thanks, bye" and hangs up before I can ask any other questions or notify him that my landlord would be asleep because he also works nights. He proceeds to call my Landlord and lectures him saying that he shouldn't have allowed me to call the plumber, that it was his responsibility to handle it. Landlord offers to swing by and pay it today but is told he will just get a bill sent to him. I never had a plumber only accept payment from the property owner?? Next time just fix the problem, and take the money. The money that you're going to receive after billing my landlord will be the same cash I could have given you today. Plus you wouldn't have had to waste everyone's time, make me feel like I did something wrong, and you wouldn't have had to pay for the stamp. Also, I was fixing a pluming issue, paying out of my pocket for it, and doing so in a timely fashion because I'm a good, responsible tenant. I wasn't altering the house in any fashion or ignoring a problem until it got out of hand...just wanted my sink to drain. So I honestly do not understand why he made a big deal about who should pay and how. He's a plumber not a property manager. Good plumbing. Rude and invasive customer service.

Horrible, excuse for humans, avoid this company at all costs! Nothing but scam artists! Called them with a clogged tub, and water under my house, about a month ago, they came out, barely got started when one of the guys shocked himself on his equipment, he then called his boss cussed him out, for giving him faulty equipment, took eighty dollars from me, without any job being done, finally got ahold of the boss, and this is what happened....he comes to the door, almost noon when he told me he'd be here first thing in the morning, he knocks on the door to tell me the guys that were here this morning told him it was going to cost several hundreds of dollars, I'm like what guys? Your the first person I've seen all day. Or well, it's still going to cost a lot of money, Im like how do you know if you haven't looked at it? Well, he says there's water in your yard. So I explained your last plumbers said it wasn't a water leak bc my meter wasn't going fast. What I need is someone to actually look and see what the problem is, instead of guessing. His reply was, well I'm not really dressed for it, seriously coming to my house on a work-related call. I mean, what exactly was he expecting to do? So I was well, my tub won't drain well could you at least look at that today, he says sure, and turns back to his truck, I'm assuming to get his tools, nope he leaves....wth is wrong with ppl, do they just expect to get paid for nothing?
