Tyler is is simply the best hvac tech I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The man knows his stuff. Never 3 or 4 tries at figuring out the problem. Tyler just may be the "hvac whisperer".

UPDATE 6/2021: The fabulous tech this company had is no longer with them. The service is now on par with your typical HVAC company. Upselling and unable to correctly diagnose issues in one visit. I no longer recommend them.

The quality of service was detail and excellent. Tyler, the technician walked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He did not take any short cuts and treated me with respect and courtesy. There was no rush to get to the next assignment; I had his total focus and concern. I would recommend this company to anyone who want to be treated as a valued customer. I will use them for all my future HVAC needs and I am voluntarily giving their name to family and friends.

I have an extended warranty service contract with Roscoe Laircey and I can't be more pleased with the work that they have done for me.  Connor was the sales rep who set me up with my contract.  The technician who came out to our house was very professional and does a great job servicing my unit.  The technician also does a great job explaining the details of what steps I need to take going forward to keep my unit in top condition.  I highly recommend this company.

I've used this company in the past. They've always delivered great service. Willis Smith was my tech during this visit. He was friendly, and seemed to be very knowledgeable and stood behind his work. I will requesting him on future services and recommend him to anyone.

I usually don't do reviews but Job well done Roseco Laircey co. The technician Willis Smith is very knowledgeable and was very throughly with answering all my questions. He shows great customer service! I recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I ran across some heating trouble recently and I called several people to come out. Each person tinkered around and charged me 90+ dollars just to tell me that it would be over a thousand dollars to get my heat back working. I called my father, he then told me to call Roscoe Lairecy being that my grandfather worked their many years before he and Mr. Lairecy both passed away. My father said that they were the only company he would use. So I gave them a call and I recieved the best customer service in a while. They sent out a guy by the name of Willis Smith and he was exceptional!  I mean he was well mannered and very well trained. He told me what I needed to have done and also gave me a reasonable and affordable quote as well as a time that he could have me up and running. I gave him the go ahead and he did just that and I am so thankful to have received such amazing service! It's been running like a champion! God forbid I run into any other problems but if by chance I do I will definitely be giving The Lairecy staff a call!

I recommend Roscoe Laircey every time someone needs their AC or Heater fixed. Great service and responds to calls quickly. Ask for Willis Smith. Great technician who loves what he's does and a great guy all around.
