  Roper plumbing was the only choice I was willing to use because of their extensive knowledge of the homes in my neighborhood. i constantly see their trucks allover Merritt Island ..Once I made contact, I was treated with respect, courtesy and a professional business like but hometown attitude. I was amazed at the coordination and work ethic the whole crew and their subcontractors put forth. Brock Roper was responsive to my every need and was a pleasure to do business with throughout the entire length of the project. I highly recommend Roper plumbing for any of your Plumbing needs.

  Called for water heater repair. Arrived one hour later than scheduled. When they arrived they investigated and said it must have been elements because there was calcium buildup on them…even though they did not test elements and admitted they did not know how to. So charged us $80 for new elements and $145 for service call. We noticed that did not fix the issue so we called back and wanted to get on the books for new water heater replacement but they would not refund the parts that didn’t need replacing and that were installed less than 24 hrs after our first follow up call. Roper plumber said they needed to charge us for the elements and we told them they could take them back. They ended the phone call very unprofessionally…and I’ll leave it at that.

  I am so impressed w/ Roper Plumbing and especially plumbers Bobby & Eddie. They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and good-natured. Also very good at keeping me informed on the project. Issue was small pooling water at the front of the toilet - and they found that the flange which holds the toilet in place, was not fastened to the cement properly - as the cement had crumbled and deteriorated. They had to gouge out the old cement, replace the flange, fill in new cement, and remount the toilet. A job that could have taken a couple days (waiting for cement to harden) was finished in a few hours - due to the cleverness and creativity of Bobby & Eddie - able to re-seat the toilet w/o affecting cement drying. I was nervous when I saw the severity of the problem (crumbled cement under the flange) but Bobby made it look easy and he was in full control of the fix. Quick too! Thanks Roper Plumbing - for quality workers at a fair price!
