  Jake is awesome! He came early than schedule which I appreciate since it’s my holiday today. He diagnose like an expert sees the problem and solve it quickly. I gave 5 stars for being on time, fair price, expert level of knowledge and above all professionalism.   Called Rooterman out and didn't really have time to wait for the worker to show up. I got called into work so had very little time. But when the employee Justin got there he quickly and I mean quickly had both of my bathtubs draining better than I've ever seen (lived here a year now) and he explained he would have to take apart a few pipes for the sinks and might take a little more time. I'm so glad he told me all that cause I asked if he could come back and he gladly said yes. So a few hours later he came back and finished the sinks.. Poor guy I asked him a hundred questions but he answered every one I asked him and he gave me a lot of information about stuff I was unfamiliar with. Very polite and respectful, prices are lower than other plumbers I called too. Call these guys!

  Would highly recommend using another company. Piping needed to be replaced. They came out this past Monday around 11. They said we would have full use of the house: shower, toilet, etc. 7:45 rolls around & they said we’ve been working all day, oh well, we’re gonna leave. First, don’t promise something if it’s not gonna happen. So, we had to end up paying out of pocket to stay in a hotel room for the night. They came out Tuesday to finish the job. They were supposed to call my husband before they left so he could check everything, make sure it was working right, but they didn’t. Lastly, they left gloves under the house, empty drink bottles & empty cigarette packs. Why in the world can you not pick up your trash. I’ll say it again, use someone else!

  Jordan, We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. We did our absolute best to make sure we got to you promptly because your family was without service. It did take a day and a half to completely re-pipe your entire home to the septic tank. You had a serious issue before we started and we did a professional job rectifying your septic issues. The trash is unacceptable and the techs will be disciplined appropriately. Thank you for the feedback and hopefully you are thrilled to have full use of your services again.
