  Elijah with Septic Blue pumped the septic tank and drainfield. I believe he prevented a major problem and gave me some very good information on preventative measures. I have used Septic Blue for a couple of major issues and they are very responsive and do a good job. They are my go-to for septic issues.

  Thought we had a clogged drain and it was much worse. Our technician, Richie L., was great. Very professional and experienced. He took his time to help us figure out the problems, inside the house and outside with the septic system. He fixed the septic system quickly and made a bad situation tolerable. Thanks Septic Blue.

  This was terrible experience Elijah came out to dig and pump my tank but when this Septic Blue employee arrived he did not want to work. He over stated charges previously quoted by Pat the dispatch who later tells me she’s not psychic. He inflated the cost in hopes I would reframe from having a proper inspection of my tank. When I went inside to call the office manager would you believe Elijah left the property fast leaving my gate open never saying anything. This was so unprofessional, classless and one lazy employee. The office staff Pat was no help when called to complain she ends with she’s no psychic. Terrible service
