  I cannot say enough great things about this company. We just moved into our home 2 months ago. Right before Thanksgiving, our grinder pump stopped working correctly. We were in a panic and found this company online. I gave them a call late in the evening expecting to get an answering machine. To my surprise, the owner of the company picked up. What's more, even though I could tell he clearly was with his family, he spoke to me for at least half an hour to get all the information from me. Without me even asking, he said "well, we have to get you ready for the holidays, so I will get some stuff moved around so we can come out and see you first thing." His guys did in fact come first thing. They cleaned everything out, got the pump working. and ran simple diagnostics. They could not figure out what caused the problem, so the owner said "you are good for now, but I will be by tomorrow to make sure we figure it out so you won't have more problems down the road." They came back the next day, with the owner, spent a few more HOURS on it, figured out the problem, showed us everything and explained it all, fixed the issue, gave us peace of mind, saved Thanksgiving, and gave us a reasonable bill for all their hard work. No plumbing company has ever made us feel more valued as a customer, and this was our first time calling them. If you have a plumbing issue, call Steve. He will get you right, quickly, and at a fair price.
