  They came out to unclog my drain. Ended up breaking their tool 60 feet in. Employee said if the drain was still plugged that they would come back out. I called a few days later and they said I should have been charged for the tool and refused to come back out and run the drain again. BUDGET DRAIN, came out and ran the line. Pulled a bunch of roots out, used an inspection camera to look at the line and everything has worked great now for many months. I stopped payment on the card. They just called threatening to send me to collections if I don’t pay. I don’t think they are an honest company to charge me for a service that was never provided. The worker was very professional. Office staff was not.

  My main line was blocked causing my basement to flood when the washer was draining. They scheduled Jeff to come service my home in Kzoo same day. Jeff was friendly, professional, informative and even wore a mask. He was able to remove the blockage quickly, no problem. Affordable prices for quality work. Will use Rooter-Man again for our plumbing needs.

  This company felt like a life saver. Jeff was awesome and very friendly. He came out on short notice and was amazing. Rachel that answered the phone was truly amazing also she makes you feel like family and helps you find the solution to your problem. Also very reasonably priced.
