  This is an excellent company. I am not sure whether we got lucky or if it is normal practice for the company, but we were able to get David out to our house on the same day that we realized our basement was starting to flood. He worked very quickly -- without damaging or disrespecting any house rules -- , was very friendly and professional, offered some helpful advice to keep our plumbing healthy, was transparent about his work, showed me the camera footage of our plumbing in real time while explaining what we were seeing, and of course broke up the clog in our main line in short order. Overall, I would (and will) recommend this group to anyone who needs plumbing work.

  David from Rooter Man was assigned my emergency call to unclog my house trap. He explained the costs clearly and what he would be doing. He is courteous and professional. Had my issue fixed quickly while explaining exactly what he was doing any why. A+. Thank you!

  Their online system for requesting an appointment was easy and efficient. They called the next day and scheduled a same day appointment. David was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with the entire process.
