  Called at 11am. Was told a service tech would be out this afternoon. Called back at 1pm, was told a tech would be there between 3 and 4. Called back at 5:30pm, was told a tech would be there within the hour. Received a call at 7pm asking if I till needed service. I said yes and was then told for the first time after 3 calls that there would be an additional $125 service fee because I live 2 miles down a dirt road. Rep was rude and started calling me 'partner' in a patronizing way after I asked if he could reduce the additional service fee due to the length of time I waited. I asked what he thought the total amount might be based on what my problem was to which he replied ' I don't know what's wrong with it, do you know?'. Just needed some help and instead wasted an entire day with this company.

  We hired them to clean drain lines and put a camera in the lines to look for blockage. The guy who answers the phone was completely unprofessional and demanding to a point of being completely rude. Refused to give us the video of the lines they worked in after we paid for them to use a camera in the lines to look for the blockage. Service guy in the field is nice enough, but the owner/guy who answers the phone was just rude. Will not hire them again and will not refer them to anyone else.

  The person on the phone was so incredibly rude, I knew immediately this wasn’t someone I wanted to do business with. I told him the homeowner was out, so she’ll call back. He said she didn’t have to call, this was all settled, and hung up on me. If I had a pipe spewing water 100 feet in the air, and they were the last plumbers on earth, I’ll take a pass. RUDE, RUDE, and RUDE 👿👿👿
