This company was hired by my home warranty 2-10. They came in and couldn't unclog my drain, they recommended I have a clean out put in. I agreed and they said they would check with my home warranty. I never got a call back and when I reached out the only response was "Your Home Warranty didn't cover so the job was labeled as complete".I explained that I was willing to pay without the warranty. They setup a bogus appointment and blocked my number so I couldn't talk with anyone. It went straight to a full mailbox. Luckily I was only calling to say I already hired another plumber. The problem was NOT the clean out but a root problem. This company is garbage. If they can't do a job they just need to say that. Horrible all the way around.

Now third time using RK Plumbing thru my home warranty company (different issues). Have had the same technician twice and he's very polite, professional and just a nice guy. Gets right to work and explains what he's doing. Very good company to work with and highly recommend.

Years ago another local plumbing contractor did work on my wife's parents house. My father-in-law is a Retired Veteran and a lower body amputee. The contractor ran pvc pipe on the roof, exposed and not insulated. This past month Rooter kings came to my in-laws home for what should have been an in and out fix. I'll never forget the look on my wife's face when she was told that the work was done illegally and that her eldery parents had been taken advantage of because her now late father could not climb up onto the roof and verify the work. We were quoted a price to do the repairs correctly and 2 days later the guys from Rooter Kings showed up and said to my wife and her mom "Hold our Beer!" With pipes, solder and lumber they attacked the repairs and completed the work in one day. Each time a worker entered the house, they said to my wife and her mom, I can't believe that someone did to your family.    Integrity and trustworthiness are word's that many businesses toss around. Rooter kings let their work speak for itself.

Dug a hole by hand..depth one foot width one foot..took about one hour used my tools to cut tree roots that damaged a pipe causing a water leak..I was charged $695.00 for their hand dug hole. No communication from the owners,even though email was sent..work was done February 28th, 2022.No response from the owners..absurd charge.

We had a great experience with Rooter King. They were super responsive with communication and the plumber arrived on schedule. I would highly recommend.

Router King came to my home and save me from having additional expenses. I had a clogged drain and I called different companies to see if they could come right away and fix  my clogged drain. No one was available. I called Rooter King and they came right away . They spoke with  me and informed me about everything they needed to do to fix my my Drain. They fixed it right away and they left my house neat and clean. They also called back to make sure everything was fine and it was. I would definitely use them again.

a friend of mine used this company and had a horrible experience. DO NOT USE ROOTER KINGS! We have been out of a master bath shower for now going on 2 months.
Rooter Kings were called out Oct 9 2021 through our Home Buyers Warranty.
The contractor who came in for the repair never brought in a toolbag and asked me (the homeowner) for my tools to complete the work. The contractor ended up cracking my main shower pipe removing the shower handle valve, so that if in the on position it leaks inside the wall. (He told me he did this). They also never completed the repair, only left a temp valve in the off position. He was using my Hammer and Screwdriver for the repair for almost 1 hour.
I relayed this to HBW on Tuesday the 12th in the afternoon after feeling suspicious about the service performed and not having a call back from Rooter Kings at this point.
HBW sent out Anytime Home Services and they immediately told me the wrong tools were used and they make special valve extraction tools. They said had the service been done correctly this would have only taken 30 min. They reported this back to HBW.
HBW now sends RK back to take a second look. I got a different tech this time. I ask him about why the proper tool was not used, why the first tech didn't even bring in his work bag, and why he asked to use my personal tools. His response was "That tool could not be used because of how it was broken." How could he know that if he was not present for the original service? Cover up!?!? He then tells me "HBW only has me out on a diagnostic but if you want I have my tile grinder, i'll open up the wall right now so we can get a better look". COVER UP!?!?
I declined and then called my HBW to let them know how this service was handled. They then call the owner of RK and HBW stated this was the owners response after being presented all of this information. "I will only agree to come out and repair this myself, IF the homeowner removes any negative review that has been submitted first." Are you kidding me now BLACKMAIL!?!?!
After I decline the owner coming out due to a non-existent  APOLOGY and the most SHADY, UNPROFESSIONAL business practices, they are still trying to decline paying for the full repair that now needs to be done of removing tile, dry wall, a new main shower pipe, and then reconstruction of the wall.

Thank you for all the info. Arizona Register Of Contractors was sent out for an investigation complaint #2021-05826 and found the complaint dismissed due to not enough evidence for a citation on Rooter King Plumbing.

Jacob has come out to our house several times and goes above and beyond to solve our problems and answer our questions. He not only gets the job done, he also teaches us how to solve similar problems in the future. His experience and teaching us how to care for our house has come in very handy!

When you are in the midst of a disaster you need people who can get the job done and get the job done fast.

At first contact Rooter King started to work immediately at figuring out how to remedy the problem and get my family back in our home. Without the hard work of their  technicians working tirelessly to finish, we would have been unable to use our home for even longer. They were able to fully repipe my home and fixtures on time and with a smile.

Thanks again for the extra care you took with our plumbing problem and for the years of security and peace of mind that I will not have any problems for a very long time.
