  They tried to cheat me. Toilet wouldn't flush well. Told me pipes were corroded. Wanted $20,000 to fix it. Another honest plumber said it was only the toilet. New toilet worked perfectly so it wasn't the pipes. This review is for Rooter Hero in the San Fernando Valley.

  Great customer service, gentleman on the phone was quick and helpful. He called me w/in 10 minutes to say he secured a plumber to come out. Matt was on time and very personable. He explained everything to us before performing any work. I will use them again 💯!

  Scheduling was a bit weird but when I expressed dissatisfaction, they were quick to make the situation right. The actual repairman who did the work was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Pricing was a bit high but work was great.
