  Eric was our main technician. He was great right from jump street. We ended up with Eric , Glenn, Sean and William to get the job done and they were awesome. I will definitely use Rooter Hero again if necessary. Thank you so much for great service and professionalism.

  Ignacio showed up early for our appointment on a Sunday morning, and got right to work. He identified the problem, and gave us a couple of options to try. We picked one that * thankfully * took care of the problem, and Ignacio was on his way. Thank you for showing up on time on a Sunday, giving us options, doing a great job for a very fair price! We appreciate it.
