  Chris was professional, personable, and his dedication to customer service was exceptional. Not only did he complete the job with proficiency, he took time to explain the process and the repair which was needed. When my schedule caused an issue, he was able to communicate well with his dispatcher to ensure I was on the schedule the following day. We truly appreciated his help and expertise. Would work with him again any day.

  Im very pleased with the service rooter hero provided. Technician Angel was very professional, not only did he fix my problem but I had an electric issue with a light and Angel helped me fix that as well. Outstanding service. Will definitely use rooter hero for my future plumbing issues.

  It is Sunday, January 2nd. My daughter's sewer line sewage was coming up the sewer pipeline onto her lawn, sidewalk & starting to run in the gutter. A really, really big problem. I called 6 plumbing companies, no answer. Or, they had a recording saying will call back Monday. This situation could not wait until Monday. One of the plumbing companies I called, because of their excellent reviews, was Rooter Hero Plumbing After all the no answers, I got a person, to say she will contact someone. Thirty minutes later, my daughter called to tell me David from Rooter Hero Plumbing was at her house to do the work. I couldn't believe it. He also said he had a coupon for a special on this Sunday. Believe me, I thought it somehow must be a scam. I mean $77.00, on a holiday weekend, especially after New Years. I drove over to my daughter's as fast as I could. Well, sorry for this long review, but DAVID WAS THE BEST PLUMBER I HAVE EVER HIRED!!! So very courteous, friendly & he definitely knew what he was doing. I had him scope the line at a minimal cost. He showed us what the problem was. He put covers on his shoes to come in the kitchen because water was standing in the sink. So, it you need any type of plumbing done, call ROOTER HERO PLUMBING. DAVE IS THE BEST!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO ANY OTHER PLACE. Betty Johnson
