  Our tech name was Adam. He was here at the exact time as promised. He was good at his job he came in and did what he needed to do left to get the parts and came back. Highly recommend Adam to come back and do any more of my plumbing problems that I have. Very nice and pleasant young man. Great job in hiring this young man he’s well worth his money

  Had small emergency of a broken shut off valve underneath the bathroom sink. Was able to turn water off to the house avoiding further damage to home interior. Called Rooter Hero and scheduled a morning appointment for the next day for the repairs. Service technician showed up in a timely manner, was polite, explained what had to be done and offered other options as well. Technician cleaned up after themselves and respectful of the home. I'd call then again and refer to friends..... Good Service!!
