  I wish I could give this company 10 stars. Every single person I dealt with from start to finish was incredibly helpful and kind. I was desperate for service, they scheduled me and showed up with a couple hours to unclog my drain. Big shout out to Marisol, Woody and Susan for the amazing help and professionalism! 10/10 would recommend!! Hopefully I won't need you again, but if I do, I know I am in great hands! THANK YOU!!

  Owners of place hired Root & didn't inform us of their intentions. Root dug deep trenches, down to rocks tree roots and clay. Replaced sewerline leaving pipe 1 ft high out of ground (due to hole w/clay huge roots and rocks) very dangerous. The yard is One issue, second being they tore into siding of my home>to find water access panel, shredded door to pieces and left it unclosed- didn't screw it all back on. Lost the end cap, cut very Jagged hole for pipe to go through!! ~Now I must repair this Mess they left? Yes! Also, I was told I will be fined by the Owners here due to the negligence of Root24! I am a Sr. Citizen, disabled, and not capable of fixing at this time due to severe pain from an MVA. How can they do business & be So Callous & Sloppy?? They need to fix what THEY tore up! I am on a very limited Income, if they tore it up They Need to fix it! Fuming Mad & Considering a Lawsuit. 👎 TMH @ CMHP #1400 Crescent Blvd. VERY POOR WORK!!! Sad.

  Just had an encounter with one of their impatient and rude drivers who laid on his horn for several seconds while I let several cars out of a parking lot. He was behind me, the light ahead was yellow and we would have not made the light, but I guess this was still to great an imposition on him. Thank him for letting me know never to use your company’s services.
