  The technicians at Ronk Brothers have provided excellent customer service. Over the last few months they have serviced our fireplaces and furnace and replaced our water heater. When our water heater failed late on Friday, Sarah scheduled an appointment with us for Saturday to discuss replacement options. She even called to let us know she was running a few minutes late. When we had concerns and questions related to the work, Skip Guilmette addressed the issue the same day and explained what we were experiencing and how he was fixing it. The professionalism shown made us confident that all of our equipment was in good operating condition.

  I was very pleased with the service I received from Skip Guilmette at Ronk Brothers. The propane heating stove in my newly purchased home wasn't working at all and he was able to troubleshoot each and every component to diagnose the problem and get it fully operational again. Skip was prompt, professional, and polite - explaining everything he was doing along the way. He even followed up with me later, after the service was complete, to answer some additional questions I had. I highly recommend Ronk Brothers for their excellent service.

  I reached out to Ronk bothers to have a complete HVAC replacement and water heater replacement. From the start and throughout the process, Brian and his team had my best interests as their number one priority. He and Michael took the time to explain the benefits of different systems helping me choose the right components for my home, balancing efficiency with cost and without trying to up-sell items I didn't need or want. Next came Lance who does their system layout, who worked with me on where I wanted the components, making sure that any system operating noise wouldn't be a bother, and ensuring that everything would look good/tidy. His layout is fantastic and removed all junky ducting/wrapped pieces for internally insulated and form fit pieces. Brilliant! My install team led by Dan and including Jeff, Anthony, and Matthew showed up right on schedule and were incredibly respectful of my home and my time. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the installation plan and went over placement one more time and confirmed with me what would take place. These guys are true artisans and care deeply about the quality of their work - both how the system operates AND how it looks when finished. This was a multi-day install and the team never once left a mess and always communicated the plan for following days. The completed systems work and look fantastic. This was by far the best HVAC experience I've had in 35 years of owning different homes.
