  Bought a new home and had a house warranty. The whole system is very old and needed to be replaced. I could of paid 100 for warranty to take care of it. He stated that it wasnt necessary and will be fine for years and that he also didnt want to talk with warranty people over Two and a half years later on his wise and each and ever start of the different season it has new issues. Went out over the night and gas lines he worked with before caught on fire and i could of lost my home. So i would definitely suggest to not use his services. Instead of if he would of just done his job my problem was a 100 dollar fix I got his recommendation of the 5k fix over a longer stretch. I guess the longer stretch was for my convenience? Highly recommend that you find another company and not this one
