  Excellent!!! We called on New Years Eve and Chris came out same day. Very knowledgeable and Professional and he replaced our well pump next day. Just so happened that Rolfe's was the one that put in our original well pump in 1987 from the previous owners. Highly recommend 😊

  After losing our water the night before, I called Rolfe's and Chris Rolfe called me back within minutes. He came that evening telling us that he made those without water a priority on his schedule. His experience and knowledge was evident. He was very personable and explained the whole process to us so we could understand it. My husband and I were very impressed and so appreciative of his dedication and sacrifice of a late evening to be sure we had water. He was amazing, and we will be sure to use Rolfe's again in the future and to recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks Chris!

  From the minute I reached out to this company I found it to be responsive, professional, extremely knowledgeable and very understanding of my situation. Chris came to my home in Waterville on a Sunday morning. Super Bowl Sunday morning. I was away from the house and Chris kept me updated on his progress. When finished he called and informed me my water problem was solved. I needed new pump and wiring. Job done in less than 3 hours. I give this company the highest rating. The owner, Chris is one guy you can trust. GREAT COMPANY!!!
