Quick and clean removal and install of new disposal. They forgot a small part (conduit cover) and promptly came out next day to fix. Plumber wore a face mask and was polite and professional. Decent prices and second time using them (first time they replaced part of a leaky basement pipe), would consider them our go to plumbers. Their work is always precise and cleanly done. Only complaint is sometimes hard to reach them on the phone.

I am so happy to have found Roger Ross Plumbing. Daniel and Dan did an outstanding job installing my water heater. They were on time, proficient, and kept my best interests in mind. They are wonderful guys and true professionals. I enthusiastically recommend them and Roger Ross Plumbing.

Moved into a new place recently and had a few plumbing problems I had to get addressed. They were good about contacting me pretty promptly after getting in touch, setting an appointment up, and following up afterward on the issue to make sure they were taken care of. Had to get a toilet replacement due to a faulty toilet that was at the house, and they did great at the new installation, and following cleanup and removal of the old toilet. Prices also seemed very fair for the work that was done, and the people they had out were very professional and good to talk to. I would certainly call them again in the future if anything else needs to be fixed.
