  We called them on Saturday night when no one else was open because our septic backed up. It always backs up on a Saturday... they came out next morning on Sunday. Great guy. Very knowledgeable. Very personable. We will keep this company on speed dial, as we will need frequent service because our yard sucks and doesn't drain correctly. Thank you for coming on Sunday when No one else does.

  After waiting 3 days for Hero Services to never show up, I called Rocky Top Services. The customer service was amazing and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was amazed they were able to come the same night and drain my septic. I would highly recommend this company and I'll definitely be using them moving forward.

  Awesome service! Got to us the same day because our septic was full (previous home owners apparently never had the tank pumped and it backed into the house within the first month of us living here). Rocky Top answered the phone immediately, was here when they said they would be, reasonably priced, and did a wonderful job locating, digging, and pumping the septic tank.
