Both the Rocket dispatcher and plumber were respectful and courteous. While I did not have an emergency, they were able to make a prompt appointment for the diagnosis and repair. Has it already had a competitive quote I could tell that they gave me an equal or better price. They were also able to suggest some preventive maintenance adding 30% of the bill rather than waiting for additional failures and costing me 300% more. It was a good experience all around. They came to be recommended by a neighbor and I heartily recommend them as well.

Brian and his team are truly some of the best and most professional plumbers I have worked with. They are on time, in constant communication, and work with you to make things right. We had a fairly intensive job done regarding removing the lead piping intake to our house. His team gave a very reasonable quote and worked with the municipality to get all the necessary approvals needed before and after the work was performed. His team was able to knock out this size of a project in one to two days really just showing how effective his leadership and management really is. Highly recommend anyone looking for work done as they truly are some of the best out there that Illinois has to offer.

Luis came to install a faucet, shower trim kit, and fix under-the-sink plumbing. He was extremely responsive, and did a great job! We're thrilled with how it all turned out, and we feel confident in our new systems.
