  Russ was extremely helpful and friendly as he repaired a bad leak I had. Highly recommend him especially for my fellow women in the area who are used to scams and overcharges for repairs around the house. Can’t recommend him enough thanks Russ!

  Russ unclogged my only toilet a little while after I called. He came out at 8:30 at night after a long day's work. I would say that's "above & beyond ".
