The worst plumbing service in Rochester. I had a minor water leak at a rental property. I called them and they sent an unqualified technician right away. I called different plumbing companies before calling them but no one was able to come same day except them. This should be a sign for me to know of what I should expect. They have multiple young unqualified technicians that they cannot do basic work. The technician came there the first time and he called me after 3 minutes and said he was unable to find the leak. They charged me $115 service call for him being there 3 minutes which is fine. Here is the bad part. I went there the next day to check where is the leak coming from and as soon as I opened the doors in the bathroom vanity I found the leak right away. It was very easy to see and repair. I called them back they sent me the same guy again. Probably it was his first or second day at the job. Again he came right away. Probably because no one use them because of their unqualified technicians. He repaired the leak and I even had to show him what to do. They sent me invoice of $334 for very easy repair. I called them to pay the invoice they refused to waive the first time service call out even though he didn’t do anything and he didn’t not find the very simple leak and the water was leaking on the carpet for 2 days. Then they charged me more labor then he actually work second time. I spoke to a manager he was very rude then he said he will call back but he never call back. Very expensive company for very unqualified technicians plus bad customer service. If you have plumbing issues use other services you can save yourself time and money plus you will receive quality work. As other reviewers said with most of the work they will do you will have problems after few days and they will charge money every time they come even though it is their fault. If you have a bigger project use them at your own risk. Most likely you will be keep calling them to repair their own mistakes and they will charge you each time they come to fix their work.

So frustrating sometimes. Just finished up a horrible plumbing experience with Rochester Plumbing & Heating. Over charged me, didn't do the original job correctly, charge for drive time, etc. One simple job = $1,000. Stay away! First repair = $300+. Then they came back, ripped out all the new copper that they replaced earlier & replaced it with PEX = $700 more (they had to run back to the shop to get the PEX & charged me for that drive time). In retrospect, they should've just replaced everything with PEX in the first place. In other words, the first job basically did no good. Think about it, two easy to access tiny pin hole leaks within a few inches of each other eventually cost me $1000.00 to repair. Something just doesn't smell right.

Tom, sorry to hear you were frustrated with our service. However, before you talk poorly of us I'd like to set the story straight. We were previously at your house in January of 2020 to fix a pin hole leak. That line continued to wear out due to age and created another leak, so we replaced the section with PEX to help prevent any future leaks. Would you have liked us to repipe your whole house the first time to ensure no issues? All service companies charge a form of drive time, and your bill was under $700, not $1,000. Thanks for the great review.

The plumber who worked on my house explained my drain issue to me and how to avoid the problem from occurring again. I felt very well taken care of. The price was also very reasonable. I would use their service again!
