I would highly recommend Rochester Environmental. Earlier this year Steve and team completed an asbestos abatement in our home, it was a big job but it was done quickly, and most importantly, safely. We have some additional work that needs to be done and Steve has always been responsive and knowledgeable in how to handle the needs of the job. Thanks!

The task was to drain and remove a heating oil tank in our basement.  The very efficient crew finished in less than 4 hours.  They did a very neat and complete job.  Not a drop of oil was spilled (of the 185 gallons drained) and no debris was left from the tank.  Filler pipes were removed and holes in the wall were filled.  The crew members were professional, efficient, and friendly.  I am happy to give my highest reccomendation to this company.

While planning for a kitchen remodel, we found we needed to have a major asbestos abatement project completed in addition to and prior to our remodel unexpectedly when we found asbestos in our popcorn ceilings and walls.

Although this was a huge blow to the timeline of our original remodel project and cost, what made it easier was Steve’s communication and follow up throughout the planning of the asbestos removal. When the time came to go through with the work, Steve and his crew executed the work with great quality and on time. I can’t recommend RECG enough! Thank you.

We had a great experience with this company.  They explained the entire asbestos removal process. They helped us deal with our insurance adjustor.  As soon as the project was approved, they were able to get started.  They cleaned everything up.  Their communication throughout the process from the moment I reached out until the job was done was phenomenal.  I highly recommend this company.

Steve is excellent! Professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would only choose his team for any mold or asbestos removal needs. A+++

Had no experience with this outfit but badly needed removal of heating oil tank with over 100 gallons of oil still in it. I did have to call a couple times but left messages which were returned and a service date was set up. Steve Nardozzi was the primary contact and he showed up with two other gentlemen. They quickly went to work pumping the oil into buckets, being extremely careful not to spill any. After the tank was empty they cut it in half in my basement, carefully cleaned out the sludge and removed the tank halves from my basement. The whole thing took about 2 hours start to finish. I had originally thought I could have accomplished this with some help from friends and relatives. After considering the damage I could have done to my house or the environmental damage of a spill I was glad I hired these guys. Leave a job like this to the professionals. Removal cost exactly what I was quoted, no surprises.

My husband and I recently purchased a new home that had chipping and cracking tile that we believed to be asbestos tile. I reached out to Steve prior to closing on the home to get information and the day after we closed (which was the week of Christmas), Steve was here to take samples of the tiles. I was so grateful that he fit us into his schedule and accommodated  us. He was professional, knowledgable and answered all of our questions (I had tons). Once the lab results were in, our abatement was quickly scheduled. Steve and his team were incredible to work with! They put everything in place to ensure that the job was completed safely, efficiently and right. Steve communicated with us throughout the job, he promptly returned my calls and texts and was always willing to answer any questions I had. Our basement looks great and is ready for a new floor. I reached out to the Expert Environmental & Construction Group for an oil tank removal from my basement. John and his team arrived on time and got right to work! Highly recommended! I called Steve at Rochester Environmental with concerns about lead in our 140 year old home. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, patient as I asked a multitude of questions, and guided me down the right path. While he could have easily up-sold us on a variety of services, Steve instead suggested that a HEPA vacuum and air purifier would give us the best results at a fraction of the cost. I was able to purchase and pick up the equipment from Rochester Environmental the same day. It's made a world of difference for my family and our 3 young girls.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
