  I had an emergency plumbing issue and found Rob by frantically searching Google for local plumbers at 8:30AM while water poured out of my bathtub and no way that I knew of to stop the flow. I left a voicemail for Rob and he returned it within 15 minutes and he first helped me figure out how to shut the water off over the telephone. Rob was kind enough to offer to stop by on his way to another job and was at my house within 30 minutes. We are in COVID times, so I appreciated the fact that he came to my door with his mask on and was conscious of his safety as well as that of my family. Rob quickly diagnosed the issue, picked up the necessary parts on his way back from another job and stopped back by my house to fix my issue. It only took about 3 hours from the time he returned my call to the time he wrapped up the job. It was fixed correctly the first time and I was able to get back to business as usual in no time at all. He even checked back in on me that evening to make sure everything was working for us. Rob was quick, efficient, took the time to explain the issue to me and his prices were very reasonable. I will use him again any time I have a plumbing issue and will recommend him to everyone I know who needs a quick, reliable plumber.

  Rob has done three seperate jobs for us in the last year. None were an 'Emergency' in nature, but he still got on them very quickly. In all three cases he showed up exactly when he said he would, and had the tools etc. he needed to complete each job. His work was top notch each time. Rob is very professional, efficient, works safely, and what he charged us was really fair. We were 100% satisfied with all three jobs, and I highly recommend him. J Sullivan Montesano
