  We needed our main line to be replaced because our home is old and had galvanized pipes. Our water volume was so bad we could barely take a shower. Robison gave us the lowest quote so we went with them. I am so happy we went with Robison to replace our main line. Travis was very friendly and communicative about each step. I really appreciate how kind he was and felt like he really cared about me as a person. I have noticed that sometimes, being a woman, I don’t get treated well from tradesmen. Travis spoke to me like I normal person and was very courteous. There was an issue with being double billed an extra 5k, which my husband had to call twice to get resolved, but overall we are very happy. If the woman in the office was friendly (even a little bit) and didn’t double charge us 5k, I would have given them five stars. We will definitely do business again in the future.

  Travis came out to take care of a few things for me and was very nice. However, there were two leaks after he was done. I asked for someone to come back and fix the leak and gave exact details of what needed to be fixed so that the technician could be prepared with the necessary parts. Another plumber showed up and said he didn't bring the parts and would have to come back in a day or two. I never heard back from them... This is disappointing as they are supposed to be the "best around". I'm a remodel contractor and have been searching for my go to plumber but this experience left me doubting the reliability of this company.

  I had Gabe and Boomer come out and replace our outdoor water faucet bib, and they did an amazing job. Charged a fraction of what Aqualine had quoted me for, were incredibly clear and transparent the whole time, and just all round did an amazing job. Will strongly suggest Robinson’s plumbing to anyone who needs to the work done.
