I asked for a quote on how to fix a belly in my home's sewer line. I had 2 other plumbers come out to give free estimates, and this company came out and said they can't determine how to fix it or how much it would cost. Then they charged me for the visit after doing no work whatsoever. Awful company, I do not recommend.

      Response from the owner

Mr. Jameson, we have NO record of you in our customer data base, none of our Customer Service Representatives recall speaking with you, and there is NO work order in our system. You posted this review in on all of our Google Local accounts? We are trying to figure out why we received this review and what your motive is! We are reputable plumbing company that has been servicing North Georgia for over 20 years with thousands of satisfied customers! Further, we would never ask a Service Technician to estimate a job such as a sewer line with a belly in it, we would send out an Estimator or the owner of the company Scott Roberts.

On October 5, 2021, I contacted Roberts plumbing, in reference to a stoppage. Jason came out and conducted the repairs, and was very professional. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

      Response from the owner

I am glad that we were able to clear your stoppage and that you were happy with our service. Thank you for the 5-Star review. I will pass your review on to Jason. We look forward to serving your plumbing needs in the future.

After 4 expensive visits (totalling close to $1,000 or more) our toilet was still backing up. This included one visit with a camera passed thru the phlange into the piping, showing nothing, no apparent blockage, and also replacing the toilet itself twice. We called another plumbing company who pulled the toilet and replaced the phlange still present - an inside the pipe phlange that functionally only had a pipe diameter of perhaps 2 1/4 inches. New plumber replaced the small inside the pipe phlange with an over the pipe ~3" diameter phlange and now what's passed into the toilet bowl can flow out freely. When I called back to request some type of refund for work not well done, I was rejected summarily after first speaking with a very pleasant woman named Brittany. When I had gathered the information she requested, included above, and promptly called back, the owner answered, angrily demanding I never call his company again and don't expect any refund. 4 visits without fixing the problem, AND replacing the toilet twice? I would avoid this company if you have any choice in choosing a plumber. Marshall Plumbing was the name of the company that remedied our problem. Roberts really couldn't figure it out.

      Response from the owner

I am sorry you were unhappy with the service that we provided to you regarding your toilet installation. We strive to be professional and provide quality plumbing service to our customers. I would like to clear up exactly what happened regarding your toilet installation. (1) You provided the toilet that we installed. We do not warrant materials provide by our customers. We assembled an installed your toilet. (2) Due to the size of the flange on your drain pipe we installed a wax ring with a flange to seal the toilet to your waste line. (3) When you indicated that your toilet would not flush properly, we came out at NO CHARGE and replaced the wax ring with another wax ring without a flange. We checked your toilet and it was flushing properly. (4) When you called again and said you thought you had a blockage in your drain line, we had a service technician camera your drain line and we could not find any blockage, the toilet was flushing properly, and the drain line had proper fall away from the toilet. We DID NOT replace your toilet twice! The Georgia Licensed service technician followed the proper protocol for trouble shooting your problem with YOUR toilet. We are a small business and quality plumbing service is important to us!
