  Service was extremely sub par. We had to have someone come out 3 separate times for what we were told was going to be a simple fix. After the 3rd time we still had issues from the initial service call along with water damage to the bathroom and the dining room ceiling. This all happened back in November-December of 2018 and we are still waiting for the damage to be fixed. In the meantime, we hired another company who was able to fix the initial service call request AND made us feel valued. Roberts has lost my business. We are clearly not a priority and were an inconvenience to them. If anyone is looking for a company to help with plumbing work at a decent price A&S Plumbing comes highly recommended. They have been a blessing. We were able to have the problem fixed as well as have them install a new water heater and water softener system.

  Wow, what a great experience!! I found that it was on average between $50-$75 to have a plumbing company come out. Roberts plumbing was $20 and $90 an hour after that. I found that to be very reasonable after calling 7 different places. Not only was the service fantastic but the plumber they sent out took the time to explain to me why we were having problems. Then they gave me a really good deal on replacing my water softener. Let me just say this...Being a women you can easily be taken advantage of when things have to be replaced. Lets be honest what the heck do I know about water heaters. So I asked what my options were. I was given 4 options. I was going to pick the top of the line biggest best quality model. What we ended up going with was a middle of the line model that was a good fit for our home. The plumber could have pushed the high price model, because lets face it, it would have been more money in their pocket. He explained to me why he thought a different model would be a better fit and it would cost me less. Thank you Roberts plumbing for being an honest trust worthy company that doesn't just care about their bottom dollar. They care about their customers and doing a good job. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Will defiantly call if I have any other problems in the future.

  So I moved in to my first house in Milwaukee and my shower pressure is terrible. It takes me close to ten minutes just to get all the shampoo out of my hair. I changed the shower head, but it didn’t help much. My downstairs neighbor recommended Robert’s Plumbing so I went for it. My dad was adamant that I have a man at the house, but I was too busy to worry about it. When the plumbers showed up, they assessed the problem and discovered that the shower head was not the problem, but that I had corrosion inside my pipes. I was skeptical about their treatment plan, so I called my dad who assured me that the price was extremely fair and the one-day timeline was speedy. The workers were respectful, patient, and kind. I can’t think of a negative thing to say about Robert’s Plumbing.
