  Robert is the BEST plumber, ever! He is professional, friendly, thorough, and leaves the work area cleaner than before. He is easy to contact and stays in touch. He explains everything, including worst case scenario, and what things would cost. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. He came to our house to work - on time, with everything he needed in his truck. One problem was quickly solved by tightening things in the right place. He could have charged for that, but didn't. Robert went above and beyond to find suitable parts for our shower, giving us a range of choices from full replacement (which we had indicated as an option) to investigating the brand and researching parts. Our heating/hot water system will be next. Robert has expertise in heating and solar and will provide modern options for our aging system. He's the best!

  Robert did a fantastic job. Returned phone calls and texts quickly. Was able to send images of the parts that we needed to have replaced and fixed. His work was well done and he cleaned up after the work was complete. He was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be contacting him for any other plumbing and heating concerns.

  I could not be more disappointed! After seeing all of these 5-star reviews, I thought Robert was going to be the plumber we needed! All seemed good at the start, he turned up and looked at the project we were aiming to do and gave us his input. Then, he went to the basement to cap some pipes at our request. He capped the wrong ends, turned the water on and poured water into our basement and bathroom. Easy mistake, I guess, but not very professional. He then tells us that he will only work with a certain brand and manufacturer of parts, which are more expensive. We get the house prepared for him to complete his work, wait for 2 weeks, then he texts me, after not showing up for a week after the date he said he would, saying "I am not listening to any more of your lies or playing any of your games... Find a new plumber". Most disappointed!
