  Robert and his staff came and located a outdoor faucet that was not found by us. He found it and gave us a resolve as to what to do. Which was contact the city and have it removed from our water bill, since the pipe was no longer going to our property. It was now our neighbors issue. Not sure what happened and how the pipe got re routed? but Robert was able assess the issue. Very professional and courteous. It didn't cost us much since it was more of a search and find the problem. We will use him again for anything we have problem with from now on.
