  The guy that takes calls is very rude, its the worst customer service i have ever had anywhere. He argues, interrupted me several times, talked down to me and belittled my issue. When i called for them to fix things i was treated like trash. Charged me for a hole i dug that they did not need to be messed with for any reason and had no impact on what i called them out for. They did not clear my drain blockage, and instead left the cap off my service pipe so that it could flood sewage under my house for almost 3 weeks before i called Patriot Plumbers out, they fixed it next day, were polite, knowledgeable, and almost half what i was charged

  We had a sewer emergency and they were able to work us into the schedule the same day. They were no-nonsense about the work to be done and took the time to explain what they were doing. All in all we were very satisfied with the quality of work and the price charged was fair. We will call them for all our plumbing needs.
