  Mike and Dwayne (sorry if spelled wrong!) installed a gas for our fireplace and a recirculating pump so that we could get hot water to our shower more quickly. They were amazing to work with. They showed up on time, were clean and professional throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend Robert Jones Plumbing.

  AWFUL experience. Will NEVER use them again and make my concerns well known. Late both times they were scheduled with no call. I had to call them. Flooded my basement when they were jetting the pipes with no verbal warning, telling me to move my items or had a wet vacuum attached which seems like best practice. Also the employee Ron smoked in my yard. When I asked him to stop he said he was on the sidewalk. Mind you, he was on a job. I asked for the owner to call me to discuss my concerns. No call back. Terrible customer service, awful knowledge of plumber (Justin - he at least was kind. Ron was extremely rude and disrespectful) and horrendous communication. I wish I could give negative stars. Ohh and I had to remind them to put on shoe covering when entering my home as it was pouring rain outside with their muddy shoes. No offer to help clean up the flooding mess they created.

  Brad was very friendly and took care of my problem quickly and neatly. Robert Jones Plumbing is everything you want in a company.
