  I called more than three weeks ago to ask for an estimate on a some plumbing upgrades and was told someone would get back with me. After four days I hadn't heard anything, so I called and the was told that they were busy and that I wasn't at the top of the list because my water heater was still working. That's fine, but the professional thing would be to call and let me know. A week later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called for a third time and was again told they were unusually busy and that someone would call me back. They haven't. I only gave them this long because they were recommended, but now I've lost three weeks that I could have been working with someone else.

  I hired this company to fix a sink. It has been dripping since they came out which has been approximately 1 1/2 years now. I have had to turn off the water for that sink. I call, call and call them and they assure me that they will call me back and make an appointment to finish and they never have (it is a sink in my gym so I was trying to be patient as it is not used every day). They also performed services at my office and I have dealt with them for many years and really wanted to continue dealing with them. However, they refuse to come back out and finish taking care of the dripping water. They were paid and did not complete the job. Poor, poor service.
