  We had Derek Cunningham with Roadrunner install splits, ductless air and heating, in our home a couple of years back. He has been responsive in taking care to ensure our satisfaction and so we turned to him again when needing a hot water heater replaced and a new boiler for the radiant heat system. Jared was our installer for these systems and together they have worked hard, patiently and professionally with us in resolving some confusing boiler issues.   Jorge did a great job on a couple of recent visits repairing plumbing issues in our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful. We also worked with Terrence last year to have a mini-split heat pump system installed; the team at Roadrunner did a great job with this large project. They were responsive in addressing our needs and concerns, and we have been very pleased with the system so far.
