This company is truly amazing!!! We are new to this area and were recommended to use them for getting our septic installed. We thank you all, so much. I would definitely recommend. They responded to every email, phone call, and every question we had. Thank you guys

The project I had was for a septic system. They left the ground concave over the leach field and after I brought it up I was told it would be fixed after I made the final payment. I paid in full and never heard from them again. The rest of the project went well but I would advise you to insist on being there when ground is first broken otherwise they may not have the final plans and may put the tanks and leach field in the wrong place as was almost done on my project. Also delays were a huge problem but covid was looming. One other issue I had was that I expected a consultation on the system on how to operate and maintain it but nothing. Put it in and left.

Where is the 0 star option....?? Crooks I tell ya... CROOKS..!!! I called before business hours on a Monday and left a message. A gal called me back promptly after they opened- which was the end of the good in this whole conversation. To get an emergency septic tank pumped out- they make you PRE PAY by EMAIL... OR..(get a load of this one...) pay a 3.5% processing FEE TO USE A CREDIT CARD. When you complain about it to them and explain how they are running off business w/ the “COVID 19 policies”... they get all behind hurt and hang up on you... So I called back a while later and ended up w/ the same gal.....I ended up having to just ask for someone from management- got hung up on again..!! I IMMEDIATELY called back AGAIN... got another broad to answer the phone - I asked for management again and was hung up on A THIRD TIME. Save your money... go elsewhere... these guys don’t care about anyone but their own selves and pocket books.

You must be referring to a different company, we have NEVER charged a credit card processing fee. We do charge New customers at time of service, this is a standard practice for most companies. And the only time we hang up on anyone is if a customer is irate and using profanity which we find very offensive and will not put up with the harassment. We do understand how your problem of your septic backing up into your home can be a major issue, but we were not the problem. The problem homeowners need to understand is that they need to have their tank cleaned out at least every two years. We hope you're having a better day and that we can be of service to you in the future.
