I was very disappointed with the service. we have done a kitchen remodel and asked RMH to install our new sink and faucet, garbage disposal. They sent out apprentice to do the job, less then a week after they installed everything the trap came undone and we had water inside the cabinet and on the floor. We called and asked for a journeyman plumber to come out to confirm we will have no other issues, the first person we talked with was very kind and said he would have someone out the following week since they were all booked for this week. Next week came and I talked with someone and he tells me that the apprentice never makes mistakes and he wasn't interested in standing behind his work. I've reached out to another plumber to confirm we will have no other issues. I will say with all the other contracts we have been very lucky. everyone but RHM has done a wonderful job... I suggest finding a different plumber or you also maybe disappointed.

Call RMH first - wish I had! Another plumber cancelled on me 30 min before my appt because they just realized that I specified copper pipes for our new shower valve connections. I called many plumbers only to find out that everyone only wants to do (or can do?) PEX. Overjoyed when Rob called me back and said of course they’d do copper - and they were able to fit us in the NEXT day! Installation went great and so glad there are real tradesman still around. Will be calling RMH for our future needs!

Called several plumbers, Rob was the first to respond, Had a thorough inspection/estimate of our complete pipe replacement . They invited me to seek second opinions, as their prices were almost half of the next estimate! The job was done within a couple of days and they came back to help with installation of tub and hot water heater, Highly recommend this fabulous plumbing team. Brandon helped my husband learn new tricks with plumbing!
